The fifth and final film in the Hell House LLC series hits theaters on August 20 via Terror Films Releasing and Iconic Events, with today bringing a full-length official trailer for Lineage that teases another round of clown-based creeps.

Written and directed by series creator Stephen Cognetti, Hell House LLC: Lineage brings characters from past installments back the franchise, including the Carmichael siblings (Cayla Berejikian, Victoria Andrunik and Gideon Berger) from Hell House LLC Origins: The Carmichael Manor, as well as Elizabeth Vermilyea as Vanessa Shephard, the resurrected documentarian from Hell House LLC: Lake of Fire.

In Hell House LLC: Lineage:

Haunted by visions and recurring nightmares years after a near-death experience, Vanessa Shepard finds herself living in the town of Abaddon, unable to break free from its unexplainable hold on her. When people around her suddenly and inexplicably begin to die, she soon uncovers her terrifying connection to the Abaddon Hotel, the Carmichael Manor and the mysterious murders that have been occurring for decades, long before Hell House LLC.

Hell House LLC marks the first entry in the series not to follow a found footage format. Per Cognetti:

โ€œWhen I began outlining Hell House LLC: Lineage, I realized the story, scope and most importantly, the scares I wanted to tell required a change in the format to truly do it right […] I'm excited for fans to see a Hell House story told in a completely different way, answering old mysteries while still adding more depth to the Abaddon story.โ€
