Among all the exciting Alien news coming out of San Diego Comic-Con, virtual reality studio Survios has unveiled the ‘Evolution' gameplay trailer for Alien: Rogue Incursion – Part One: Evolved Edition, releasing on September 30.
The best-selling VR game, re-envisioned for PlayStation 5 and PC, is an original story set in the Alien universe, starring Emmy Award winner Andia Winslow as Zula Hendricks, an unbreakable ex-Colonial Marineo n a mission to the planet Purdan (LV-354) in search of a former squadmate:
After a sudden attack, Zula and her Synthetic companion, Davis 01 find themselves in Gemini Exoplanet Solutionsโ hauntingly desolate research facility, Castorโs Cradle.
Created using the Unreal Engine (the same software that bought to life Bloober Team's Silent Hill 2 remake last year), Alien: Rogue Incursion features intelligent Xenomorphs that use the environment around the player to appear from anywhere around you, including at your most vulnerable.
In the terrifying new trailer (seen below), fans get a first look at the Evolved Editionโs even smarter and deadlier Xenomorphs in action, alongside enhanced visuals on display, including running at 60 FPS.
Alien: Rogue Incursion – Part One: Evolved Edition is coming to PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store. Watch the new gameplay trailer below:
