Two 8os horror classics hit Los Angeles' Hollywood Forever Cemetery this August, with Cinespia announcing its Full Moon Slumber Party double feature of The Lost Boys and An American Werewolf in London.

Taking place on August 9, the late night double feature promises promises โ€œa night that totally bites,โ€ with fans encouraged as always to come in costume, maybe a Kiefer-style mullet from Joel Schumacher's 1987 iconic vampire horror, or a giant pair of hairy hands a la David's werewolf transformation in the 1981 comedy-horror classic.

If you haven't been to one of Cinespia's screenings before, expect so much more than just a movie – surprise special guests, a DJ, themed photo booths and a bunch of concession stands make it an ideal night out for any cinephile, especially if you love to go all out on costumes. No news yet on whether guests are lined up for The Lost Boys or An American Werewolf, so you'll have to show up and see. Not to mention, if you get there early you can pay your respects to some of the greats who are resting in Hollywood Forever Cemetery, including Maila Nurmi AKA Vampira, Peter Lorre, Rudolph Valentino, and the legendary David Lynch, just to name a few.

Head over to the official Cinespia site for more info on the Full Moon Slumber Party and to grab tickets.
